Abstract :
With the expansion of COVID-19 around the world, everyone had to adapt to the new hygiene habits (use of gel alcohol, mask, wash their hands well) and change their routines with "Stay at home". With the advance of the virus, much of the trade had to keep its doors closed, including schools and universities. Because of this, the present work had as main objective to analyze the possible factors that led to the student distance caused by the new Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19, together with the students of the Administration course at UNIR in the municipality of Cacoal. To obtain the data, descriptive research was used, with a deductive method and a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were case study and participatory research, through a structured questionnaire with 25 questions being opened and closed, all data were tabulated and presented in graphs and in percentages. The research was carried out with 13 participants of the Administration course at the Federal University located in the municipality of Cacoal. The result showed that the factors that led the students to give up or to close the course, are the methods as the classes are being designed - remote teaching. Another relevant factor would be the lack of time and family destabilization that social distancing caused. The suggestion of this article is that individuals seek to adapt to the new reality, because even if the vaccine will mitigate the contagion, there will be a need for continuous care with oneself and with others.
